Bison Fall to Endicott in Season Finale

BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (2/20/2026) – The Nichols College women's ice hockey team fell 6-0 to No. 14 Endicott College Friday afternoon in Conference of New England action at Levy Rink. In their final contest of the season, the Bison battled the Gulls for three periods but couldn't find an answer.
 
With the loss, the Bison ended their season with a record of 7-18-0 (4-14-0 CNE), while Endicott sits at 18-4-2 (14-2-1 CNE) with one game remaining.
 
Endicott struck twice in the opening period to take early control. Cammi Ahern opened the scoring at 4:33 of the first, finishing a feed from Teaghan Hall and Lily Anderson. The Gulls doubled their lead at 10:16 when Kenzie Hydon found the back of the net off assists from Mackenzie Graham and Abbey Agrodnia, sending Nichols into the first intermission trailing 2-0. Angalisa Caceda led the Bison in shots on goal in the period with three.
 
The Gulls extended their advantage in the second period with two more tallies. Lilly Corso made it 3-0 at 11:38, finishing a setup from Ava Schmidt and Adriana Echavarria. Just under four minutes later, Gracyn Kurrle buried a chance off assists from Joey Brown and Riley Perkins to push the margin to four going to the last period.
 
Endicott added a short-handed goal in the third period as Perkins scored at 7:38 with help from Hall, and Ahern capped the scoring with a power-play marker at 19:06, assisted by Anderson and Maggie Holt. Nichols generated 27 shots on goal, including 12 in the third period, but was unable to solve Endicott goaltender Lauren Ferrari, who turned aside all 27 attempts.
 
Junior Cela MacDougall led the Bison with six shots, while freshman Keira Goffe added four. In goal, Paige Almon made 38 saves for Nichols.

The game marked the completion of the Bison's 2025-26 campaign.
