DUDLEY, Mass. (9/5/2025) - The Men's and Women's cross country teams are gearing up to start their season under the guidance of third-year head coach
Makayla Norton.
For the men, the team sees the departure of
Jack Hearn,
Ryan Rispoli, and
Dylan Seville. Four returners are back, highlighted by graduate student
Gregory Sadlak and junior
Jack Crowley. Sadlak earned CNE Runner of the Week honors last fall after a top-10 finish at the Pop Crowell Invitational. Crowley also marked a top-10 spot at the WNE Cross Country Invitational in the 2024 season, where he posted a season-best 8k time of 27:21.0.
For the women, freshman
Bobbi Calder will make her collegiate debut with an individual entry at the season's first meet.
Both teams will look to compete and open their season at the 2nd Annual University of Hartford Invitational held at Keney Park, Saturday, September 6th at 10:30 AM.
