BEVERLY, Mass. (9/29/2025) – Freshman running back
Evan Toth earned Conference of New England (CNE) Football Rookie of the Week honors Monday, as announced by the league office.
It is Toth's first time garnering weekly honors from the CNE.
The honor comes after his breakout performance this past weekend against New England College, where he chalked up a total of 138 rushing yards on 13 carries, with a long attempt of 34 yards against the Pilgrims. That long effort also resulted in one-of-three rushing touchdowns by the first-year standout, which has been the most for a single game by a Bison running back this season, and ties for second all-time.
Football is back on the road against Maine Maritime Academy (0-3) this upcoming weekend, with kickoff set for 1:00 PM at Ritchie Field.
