BEVERLY, Mass. (5/8/2025) – The Nichols College baseball team dropped their first Conference of New England Tournament game at the hands of the top seeded No. 3/4 Endicott College Gulls from North Field on Thursday afternoon. The Bison lost 13-3.
Junior
Liam Flynn homered in the game, while sophomore
Adam Pivacek was the lone Bison with multiple hits in the game. Pivacek and senior
Andrew Croteau each hit doubles in the game.
The Bison jumped out to an early 2-0 lead after Jerome singled to start the game, Flynn launched his sixth home run of the season to right field. The Gulls then scored 13 unanswered runs, including five in the second inning to grab the lead and not let it go on their way to a 13-3 win over the Bison.

Sophomore
Allen Hinckley (2-3) shouldered the loss for the Bison, throwing 1.1 innings while allowing five runs on three hits and striking out one batter. Nichols as a whole used 10 pitchers in the game.
Nichols will await the winner of Hartford and Roger Williams, and play at North Field in Beverly, Mass. on Saturday afternoon.
