CNE All-40th Women's Track & Field Release

BEVERLY, Mass. (5/16/2025)
– The Nichols College women's track & field team saw two members land on the Conference of New England's All-40th team, the conference announced on Thursday afternoon. Kaitlyn Anthes '20 and Madison Clark '22, MBA '24 represented the Bison on the list.

The minimum criteria for consideration of the list was at least one First Team All-Conference selections or at least one Player of the Year honor. All members honored on the list have graduated and did not compete in the 2024-25 school year

Anthes '20, a two-time All-Conference First Team member has her name all over the Hammer Throw record book for the Bison. At the time of her graduation, Anthes held the top 10 distances in the event. She now sits second all-time in the Hammer Throw at Nichols, behind current freshman Adison Dawe, who broke her record this season, with a 39.80m. She earned her First Team selections in 2018 and 2019 for the Bison.

Clark '22, MBA '24, was a First Team Selection in 2019 for her efforts in the 400m at the Conference Championships when she clocked a 1:02.21 in the race to win the event. Clark, like Anthes, has her name all over the Bison record books, with top 10 times in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1,600m Medley Relay, 4x100m Relay, and 4x00m Relay.

The 40th Anniversary campaign runs parallel to the league's new naming and branding initiative that was launched in August. This celebration also serves as a platform to highlight the conference's achievements, honor its history, and generate enthusiasm for future endeavors.
