2025 CSC Academic All-District
DUDLEY, Mass. (3/28/2025) – Nichols College men's tennis junior
Leon Zeis has been named to the 2024-2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's Tennis Team, as announced on Tuesday.
For Zeis, it is his second straight CSC Academic All-District honor, having previously received recognition in 2024.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District honorees are automatically considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot.
Zeis, an International Business major from Wuppertal, Germany, lands on the Academic All-District Team with a terrific 3.94 GPA from the classroom. This year with the Bison, Zeis compiled a 7-12 singles record including a perfect 4-0 mark in Conference of New England play. He also went 9-11 in doubles competition with a 5-0 record in conference play, and was bestowed with both All-CNE First Team Singles and All-CNE Third Team Doubles recognition, as well as being named to the CNE's Community Service Team.
