Hadley Houghton has been selected as the Conference of New England (CNE) Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
For Houghton, it is her fifth round of weekly honors from the conference, and her first time as the Defensive Player of the Week.
Houghton led the Bison in all statistical categories through three games (2-1) last week, logging 11 points behind seven goals and four assists. The Bison senior also scooped 13 ground balls, controlled nine draws, and caused 11 turnovers throughout the week.
