WILLIAMANTIC, Conn. (4/21/2025) - Freshmen Gabrielle McKayle and Adison Dawe both set Program Records as the Nichols College women's track & field team competed to a ninth-place finish at the Bonnie Edmundson Classic hosted by Eastern Connecticut State on Friday afternoon.

McKayle clocked a 26.00 in the 200m Dash to improve her Program Record and in the process also qualified for the NCAA New England DIII Championships in May. McKayle earned a third-place finish in the event.

Dawe landed in seventh place overall with her throw of 39.80m in Hammer Throw to set a Program Record. Dawe passes Kaitlyn Anthes, who set the record in 2019 with a 39.79m throw.
