MANCHESTER, N.H. (4/15/2025) – The Nichols College Women's Track & Field team competed at the Ed Daniels Invitational hosted by Southern New Hampshire University on Monday afternoon. The meet was a make up for the cancelation on Saturday due to weather.
Freshman
Gabrielle McKayle secured two top six places in the 100m dash and the 200m dash. McKayle clocked a 12.80 in the 100m to qualify for the finals, before running a 12.95 and earning sixth place in the race. She followed the race up with a 26.49, earning her fifth-place in the race as well.
Teammate
Asya Osei-Opoku was also busy for the Bison, competing in the 100m dash, 200m dash, and the long jump. In the 100m, she clocked a 14.80, before adding a 30.32 in the 200m and then a 4.27m jump in the long jump cap off her day.
