MANCHESTER, N.H. (3/28/2025) – The Nichols College Men's Track & Field Team opened the 2025 Outdoor season at the SNHU Spring Invitational on Friday afternoon, hosted by Southern New Hampshire University.
Sophomore
Liam Wilcox landed in second place with a 3.50m jump in pole vault. Freshman
Chad Moffat threw a 56.79m throw, landing him in second place overall.
Teammate Aidan Ibbiston also landed in the top seven, with a seventh-place finish, throwing 50.28m. Freshman
Michael Carbone also found himself in seventh-place with a 31.80m throw in Hammer for the Bison.
Senior
Jack Hearn secured a fourth-place finish clocked a 2:03.69 to finish ahead of all other DIII runners.
Isaiah Rosas landed in fourth place in the triple jump with an 11.94m jump. Teammates
Amani Mkambavange and
Nolan Charbonneau also jumped in the triple jump with 11.69m and 11.49m respectively. Senior
Ryan Rispoli finished in seventh place overall in the 5000m run, clocking a 17:10.91.
The 4x400m relay team grabbed second place with a 3:45.55, with
Christopher Lanier,
Patrick Bergin,
Jack Crowley and
Jack Hearn. The 4x100m relay team of
Nolan Charbonneau, Deigo Tejada,
Giormani Fortes De Brito, and
Eric Manilut finished in fourth place with a 43.85.
