BEVERLY, Mass. (2/26/2025) – The Conference of New England (CNE) unveiled its women's basketball postseason award recipients on Wednesday afternoon, naming graduate student guard Abrianna Vazquez to the All-CNE Second Team.

Vazquez, who was a five-time Player of the Week and one-time D3hoops.com National Team of the Week honoree this season, takes home her third round of All-Conference recognition in her collegiate career.

Vazquez finished her final year on The Hill as the conference's leading scorer (529), with an average of 21.2 points per game. She ranked fifth in the league in field goal percentage (38.4%) and third in three-point field goals per game (2.4), and also ranked in the top three in steals (2.8). Her season was highlighted by a major career milestone, where she officially surpassed 2,000-career points on January 7th against the University of Hartford,  where she also dropped a season-high 39 points. As a starter in all 25 contests this season, she scored in double figures in each game, including three 30-plus point performances throughout.

In addition to Vazquez' Second Team recognition, sophomore guard Rylee Barrieault was also named to the Conference of New England's Community Service Team.

The Bison finished the year with a 13-12 overall record, and a 6-12 mark against conference opponents. The season marked the winningest for the program in over 15 years, and best since the 2008-09 campaign.
