Football Lands Nine on 2025 CNE All-Conference List

 The Nichols football program was well represented on the 2025 CNE All-Conference Teams, with a total of nine players taking home postseason recognition.

The impressive list of honorees, which is the most for the program since the 2007 season, highlights the standout performances of several players throughout the fall.

Nick Foynes: All-CNE First Team (P)
Kevin Fuoroli Jr.: All-CNE Second Team (TE)
Aaron Canuel: All-CNE Third Team (WR)
Ben Rusczyk: All-CNE Third Team (T)
Luke Olson: All-CNE Third Team (T)
Caden Kehoe: All-CNE Third Team (LB)
Bailey Hooper: All-CNE Third Team (G)
Aidan O'Neill: All-CNE Third Team (C)

Additionally, senior wide receiver Nathan Campos was named the Nichols representative on the CNE Community Service Team.

Morvan made his mark on the First-Team All-Conference list following a stellar 2025 campaign, finishing as the top receiver in the CNE with 67 receptions and 11 touchdowns through all 10 games played. Hailing from Uxbridge, Massachusetts, Morvan set a number of program records throughout the season, including single-season (1,175) and career (3,421) receiving yards, career receiving touchdowns (37), and most recently career receptions (187). His list of accolades from the fall also included D3football.com National Team of the Week recognition.

Foynes, a native of Walpole, Massachusetts, earns the first postseason honors of his collegiate career as a punter. For the second consecutive season, he appeared in all 10 games for the Bison, during which time he totaled 1,244 yards on 31 attempts, with a long of 59 yards and an average 40.1 yards per. As the go-to kicker, Foynes also went 3-of-4 on field goals this season, and connected for 25 PAT's.

Fuoroli Jr., a senior tight end from North Providence, Rhode Island, made his return to the Bison lineup in 2025 and immediately became a key piece to the Nichols offense. This season, he totaled career-highs in receptions (29), receiving yards (352) and receiving touchdowns (5), with his touchdown total ranking the second highest on the program. He also averaged 12.14 yards per target, and 35.2 yards per game.

Members of the Bison offensive line made up the bulk of the All-CNE Third Team, beginning with sophomore Ben Rusczyk (Gales Ferry, Connecticut), who started in all 10 games for the Bison, playing 675 total snaps with a stat line of 26 knockdowns. The lineup continues with Baily Hooper (Kingston, Mass.) with 665 snaps and 24 knockdowns, Aidan O'Neill (Norfolk, Mass.) with 21 knockdowns through 675 snaps, and Luke Olson (Gorham, N.H.) with six knockdowns through 656 snaps. Each player also started in each of Nichols' 10 games this season.

Aaron Canuel, a senior receiver from South Attleboro, Massachusetts, was another Bison to earn Third-Team honors. Canuel had a standout season, hauling in a career-high 35 receptions for 544 yards through 10 games, both of which ranked second on the team this season. Along with four touchdowns, Canuel averaged 54.4 yards per game, and averaged 15.54 yards per reception.

Lastly, on the defensive end of the field, second-year linebacker Caden Kehoe rounded out the list of Third Team selections, after finishing the season as Nichols' top tackler. This fall, through all 10 games played, Kehoe compiled a stat line of 53 tackles, including 29 solo, as well as three pass breakups and 2.5 tackles for a loss.
