HOPKINTON, N.H. (11/15/2025) - Nichols College men's cross country traveled to the Hopkinton Fairgriunds early Saturday morning to compete in the NCAA East Regionals. Five runners saw action, including Greg Sadlak,
Patrick Bergin,
Jack Crowley,
Gino Di Vito, and
Chad Moffat. As a team, the Bison finished 26th of 32 but delivered some notable individual performances.
Sadlak for the fourth time on the year has smashed his personal record for the men's 8k. Sadlak's time of 26:46 puts him in top 10 for finishes in the top-10 for the Bison in the modern era (2013-present). Sadlak's previous PR was set at the Conference Championship (27:07.61).
Sadlak finished first at 71st in the competition, followed by Bergin at 155th, Crowley at 167th, Di Vito at 174th, and Moffat at 192nd.
Bergin and Crowley finished respectively following Sadlak, with times of 29:09 and 29:34. Di Vito posted a time of 30:14, and Moffat crossed the line to end the day for the bison, 32:04.
The contest marks the end of the season for cross country, introducing new runners and featuring personal records shattered.
Nichols College will be set to compete once again in the fall of 2026.
