MEDFORD, Mass. (10/5/2025) - The Nichols College men's tennis team traveled to the hosting Tufts University to participate in the ITA New England Reginal Tournament on Friday, October 3rd. 

Freshman William Albrikes got valuable experience playing against a top first-year from Williams College. Unfortunately losing 6-0, 6-1, he also competed in a pairing with Nikolas Bertrams in a match against Middlebury opponents that resulted in a loss, 8-2. Bertrams also played in singles draw, the toughest match up for the Bison in the tournament against a #11 Babson senior player. Ultimately losing, Bertrams kept the match competitive finishing out with a score of 6-3, 6-1.

Following the tournament the whole team will travel to Worcester on October 9th to play Clark University at 4:00 PM at the Corash Tennis Courts.
