Charis Vogler was awarded her first Conference of New England honors of the season this Monday, marking the second of her career.
Vogler has continued to stun in singles and doubles for the fall season, finishing out undefeated in both competitions. Last week was no different for her dominance, posting impressive stat lines for the Bison in a tough conference match up against Roger Williams on Thursday. Vogler beat out her doubles match up 6-1, then carried the same momentum into singles claiming her point, 6-0, 6-1. On Saturday, the Vogler kept that efficiency on the road against the University of New England. Vogler wom her doubles 6-0, then went on to produce a 6-0, 6-1 for singles.
Being the final Player of the Week for the fall season, Vogler and women's tennis will next play in the tournament semi-final hosted at the Robinson Tennis Courts. Due to weather concerns, that match as been pushed forward to Wednesday, October 29th, with a start time of 4:00 PM.
