CANTON, Mass. (1/17/2025) – The Nichols College men's ice hockey team dropped a Conference of New England (CNE) match up to #8 Curry College on Friday night from the Canton Ice House. The Colonels scored six times in the win over the Bison.

Freshman Liam Choquette stopped 26 shots in the game for Nichols. The Bison fell 6-0 to the Colonels after a three goal first period, pushed the game out of reach. Three more goals over the next two periods added insurance in the Curry win.

The Bison went 0-7 on the power-play but were a perfect 2-2 on the penalty-kill.

Nichols will return to the ice on Tuesday evening as they wrap up non-conference play against UMass Dartmouth. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. from Hetland Arena.
