Last Trip to the Postseason: The Bison are defending Commonwealth Coast Conference Champions, as they topped Roger Williams in the title math 5-0, before an NCAA tournament appearance. In NCAA action, the Bison topped Houghton 5-0 in the first round, before falling to No. 11 nationally ranked Bowdoin in round two.
Endicott College is making their first trip to the CCC title game. They are nine-time CCC semi-finalists, and bowed out in that stage last season, following a 5-2 loss to Nichols in semi-final action.

2023-24 Season Series: The Bison and Gulls have met once earlier this season, with the Bison securing the 8-1 win. In that game's doubles play, the Bison came out running. At the number three position, the Bison duo of Trevor Schwarzmann and Enzo Matos Balleux dominated and earned the 8-1 win for the Bison. Richard Hartmann Zuzio and Caio Dieckmann soon followed suit at number two, where they secured the 8-4 win.

Singles play continued to bring a strong fight between the Bison and Gulls. But once the flood started for the Bison, they never looked back. Within minutes of each other Richard Hartmann Zuzio started with a 6-4, 6-3 win a number three, before Oscar Junyent earned the 6-1, 6-4 victory at number six, and Trevor Schwarzmann finished the trio with a 6-2, 6-0 win at number three. Later, Enzo Matos Balleux took an even 6-2, 6-2 win at number four, joined by Leon Zeis with a 6-2, 6-3 win in the number one spot. Rounding out the day for the Bison was Caio Dieckmann who on a beautiful placed long ball, finished the dominate straight-set sweep for the Bison 6-2, 7-5.

The all-time series between the Gulls and Bison lies in the Bison's favor 19-3, with the Bison having a 19-game winning streak dating back to the 2010 season.

Who to Watch: Nichols has been dominant across all singles and doubles positions this season in CCC action. Leading the way for the Bison is CCC Player of the Year Leon Zeis. He has been a lock all season in the number one position for the Bison, going undefeated in singles play, and dropping just one game in doubles action in the regular season.

Joining Zeis is two-time player of the week honoree senior Trevor Schwarzmann. He's undefeated in both singles and doubles action and got honored this week as a first-team all-conference for singles, and second-team all-conference for doubles.

The Bison lineup will be rounded out by the powerhouses of CCC first-team honorees Enzo Matos Balleux, Richard Hartmann Zuzio, and Kerem Subasi. Senior Caio Dieckmann will round out the lineup for the Bison as he is undefeated this season for the Bison appearing in various positions for the black-and-green this season. The Bison depth is what helped them power-thru their 5-1 semi-final win against Gordon College. The five points came in the two and three doubles positions, along with four, five, and six singles.

When asked about the matchup CCC Coach of the Year Ron Gendron said "Looking forward to my fourth CCC final as a coach in four tries.  Finals are always interesting anything and everything can happen. The two best teams are left standing it's just great to be there. We put ourselves in a position to win a conference title and so has Endicott so congratulations to them and may the best team win."
