Springfield, Mass. (9/27/23). – The Nichols Women's Tennis team extended their Commonwealth Coast Conference winning streak to two, following a 9-0 triumph over Western New England on Wednesday Night in Springfield.

The Bison came out flying and picked up all three doubles victories, with Cora Brosch / Charis Vogler picking up an 8-1 victory and #1 doubles, team captains Kelley Carlin/Jordan Knowles picking up a win 8-0 at #2 doubles and Sophia Leonardi / Johanna Schroeder getting an 8-2 win at #3 doubles.
 
In singles action all 6 Bison: Vogler (6-2, 6-0), Schroeder (6-0,6-1), Brosch (6-1,6-0), Leonardi (6-0,6-1), Knowles (6-2,6-0), and Magrin (6-2,6-4) recorded straight victories.

Nichols head coach Ron Gendron shared his thoughts following the match: "It was such a great day to be outside after endless rain. We played well and we and are looking forward to tomorrow against the one seed."

The Bison head right back into action as they are set to take on the Endicott College Gulls tomorrow, September 28^th in Beverly, Mass. The match is set to start at 3 PM.
