Derrick Revolus earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Defensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday afternoon.
Revolus recorded a game high nine solo tackles and assisted on four others for 13 tackles. Revolus also grabbed an interception to end a promising drive for Gallaudet in the third quarter to help give the Bison a 55-28 win over Gallaudet on Saturday afternoon.
This is Revolus' second honor, who also earned the honor last season for defensive effort against Coast Guard.
The Bison continue their bye week before making a trip next weekend north to open their CCC action against University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. Kick off for that game is set for 1 p.m. on October 14.
