Nathaniel Cormier picked up two hits and drove in a pair of runs in Nichols College's 8-5 win over Worcester State University Monday afternoon in non-conference baseball action at the Nichols Baseball Field.
Senior
DJ Caron plated two runs and scored twice for the Bison (18-19-1) while classmate
Isaac Blanford sparked a four-run sixth inning with a single to left that scored two. Sophomore
Johnny Knox laced an RBI single in the third before Cormier collected an RBI double in the sixth and lifted a sac fly to right in the eighth.
Senior
Owen Sullivan moved to 3-1 on the season by striking out four in 1.1 innings of work over the fifth and sixth innings.

Kristan Mallet as she is stepping down to assume a full-time administrator in athletics. Joined by President Glenn Sulmasy, Vice President for Athletics

Eric Gobiel, Mallet threw out the first pitch alongside her son, Cooper, to Blanford.
