BOSTON, Mass. – Senior Victor Valentin picked up two hits and two RBI in Nichols College's 7-6 loss to Wentworth Institute of Technology Tuesday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) baseball action at Libby Field.

Junior Will Kleinhenz and sophomore Brennan Hyde each drove in two runs for the Bison (17-17-1, 7-8-1 CCC), who also saw sophomore Johnny Knox collect three hits and graduate student Nathaniel Cormier go 2-for-5 with a run scored.

Valentin and Kleinhenz each belted a two-run home run in the seventh and ninth innings, respectively. Senior Brendan Duffy struck out eight in 6.1 innings of work. He allowed seven hits and four runs (two earned).
