Keohane's five tallies lift Nichols to win over Curry

DUDLEY, Mass. – Senior Cian Keohane scored five goals in Nichols College's 11-9 win over Curry College Saturday evening in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's lacrosse action at Vendetti Field.

Freshman Jack Ellis added a pair of goals and senior Hunter Ferreira racked up five points (1-4-5) as the Bison (6-7, 2-2 CCC) have now won four of their last five games. Senior Connor Santoni collected four points on a goal and three apples to help back freshman goalie Brady Morgan, who turned aside 15 shots to earn his sixth win of the season.

Senior Scott Ehrenberg won eight face-offs and picked up five ground balls, which tied him with junior Ryan Warner for the team lead. Warner, along with sophomores Sam Reisman and Nick Gualtieri, each caused two turnovers.
