Nichols scores four in the fourth to topple Plymouth State

DUDLEY, Mass. – Senior Cian Keohane and freshman CJ Cadigan each picked up a hat trick in Nichols College's 12-7 win over Plymouth State University Wednesday afternoon in non-conference men's lacrosse action at Vendetti Field.

Sophomore Colby Gillis added five points on a goal and four helpers as the Bison (2-5) saw eight different student-athletes record at least one point. Senior Hunter Ferreira collected four points on a goal and three assists, freshman Jack Ellis racked up a goal and an assist, and sophomore Nick Gualtieri potted his first goal of the season.

Senior Scott Ehrenberg was once again dominant at the X, winning 15-of-21 draws and finished the day with 11 ground balls. Sophomore Cooper Melvin caused a game-high three turnovers while freshman Brady Morgan stopped 10 shots between the pipes to even his record at 2-2.
