NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Nichols College women's lacrosse team moved to 4-2 on the season with a 16-4 win at Albertus Magnus College Thursday afternoon in non-conference action at Celentano Field.

Senior Brooke Pelley and freshman Hadley Houghton each scored four goals for the Bison, who also received a hat trick from senior Rebecca Taylor and two goals and an assist from junior Mackenzie Doran.

Junior Erin Anthony led all field players with three ground balls and was one of six student-athletes to cause two turnovers. Houghton won 11 draw controls and senior Sabrina Dembro recorded six saves.

Nichols held a 42-15 edge in shots.
