Nichols improves to 3-1 with road win at Purchase

Best start since 2014

PURCHASE, N.Y. – Freshman Hadley Houghton potted four goals in Nichols College's 10-2 win over Purchase College Monday afternoon in non-conference action at the Purchase Turf Field.

Senior Brooke Pelley added three goals for the Bison (3-1) while junior Mackenzie Doran added two goals and freshman McKenzie Muir collected one. Nichols outshot the Panthers, 49-9.

Senior Rebecca Taylor picked up a game-high eight ground balls and caused seven turnovers. Muir notched six GB's and caused six turnovers. Senior Sabrina Dembro stopped two shots to earn her third win of 2022.
