ONEONTA, N.Y. - The Nichols College women's soccer team opened the 2021 campaign with a 3-0 loss at Hartwick College Saturday afternoon in non-conference action at Elmore Field.

Freshman goalie Adie Hughes recorded four saves for the Bison (0-1-0), who saw senior Maddie Clark take a team-leading two shots.

The Bison - who were outshot 16-4 - held the Hawks off the board for the first 60-plus minutes of the match before surrendering three markers in a span of 15 minutes.
