Pioneers too much for Bison

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – Junior Mackenzie Doran scored her second goal of the season in Nichols College's 8-1 loss to Smith College Saturday afternoon in non-conference field hockey action.

Graduate student Dana Edwards collected an assist on the goal as the Bison (1-1) were outshot 22-15 on the day. NC held an 8-6 edge in penalty corners and saw both Edwards and sophomore Abigail Karalus each record two shots on goal.
