WENHAM, Mass. - The Nichols College women's tennis team swept Gordon College 9-0 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) opener for both programs Wednesday afternoon at the Brighton Athletic Complex.

Freshman Antonia Carrero, senior Kara Stankewitz, Johanna Schroeder, sophomore Jordan Knowles, and freshman Camila Magrin were each straight set winners in singles action while junior IsaBella Winter won 4-6, 7-5, 10-4 at No. 2 singles.   

Winter and Stankewitz (8-3), Carrero and sophomore Kelley Carlin (8-2), and Knowles and Schroeder (8-0) won their doubles matches at 1-2-3, respectively.
