Lyons defeat Bison, 3-1

NORTON, Mass. – Senior Sam Ahaesy scored her first goal of the season in Nichols College's 3-1 loss at Wheaton (MA) College Saturday morning in non-conference action at Nordin Field.

Freshman Sophia Venable recorded 12 saves for the Bison (3-2), who were outshot 18-11 on the day. Nichols – which held a 6-4 edge in penalty corners – was led in shots by junior Mackenzie Doran with three.
