DUDLEY, Mass. – Juniors Hunter Ferreira and Connor Santoni each scored for the Nichols College men's lacrosse team in an 18-3 loss at Western New England University Wednesday evening at Golden Bear Stadium.

Sophomore Ryan Warner also found the back of the net for the Bison, who trailed 10-1 at the half after being outshot 34-14 by the perennial Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship contenders. The Golden Bears held a 41-23 edge in ground balls and were successful on 95 percent of their clears (19-of-20).

Four student-athletes combined to make 13 saves for the Bison, led by senior Griffin Jasin with six. Ferreira also added an assist.
