Hawks squeak by Bison, 11-10

DUDLEY, Mass. – Junior Hunter Ferreira scored three goals and added an assist in Nichols College's 11-10 loss to Roger Williams University Wednesday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's lacrosse action at Vendetti Field.

Junior Ethan Hopey also picked up a hat trick for the Bison while sophomore Ryan Warner scored twice. Senior Brandon Slade collected a team-high four ground balls while freshman Cooper Melvin picked up three; Slade also caused three turnovers and Melvin forced two.   

Senior netminder Griffin Jasin recorded nine saves for Nichols.
