DUDLEY, Mass. – Graduate student McKenna Gernander and sophomore Mackenzie Doran each scored twice in Nichols College's 19-6 loss to Wentworth in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) women's lacrosse action at Vendetti Field.

Juniors Sam Ahaesy and Elizabeth Luster also scored for the Bison (0-2, 0-2 CCC), who were outshot 38-21. Sophomore Sarah Zeidan collected a team-high five ground balls while classmate Julia Carroll caused a pair of turnovers.

Junior Rebecca Taylor, along with sophomores Doran and Kayla Currin, each won two draw controls. Freshman starter Megan Buxton and junior Sabrina Dembro combined to make nine saves.
