WORCESTER, Mass. - The Nichols College women's ice hockey team rallied from a 4-1 third period deficit to earn a a 4-4 tie with Becker College Friday night at the Worcester Ice Center.

Mel McAleer scored the game-tying goal at 13:40 of the third period and also added an assist while junior
Isabella Portt scored twice as the Bison (0-3-1) earned their first point of the season. Junior
Alicia Hunks dished out a pair of assists and sophomore
Julia Carroll stopped 37 shots.
Nichols outshot the Hawks (5-5-1) by a 56-41 margin and went 1-for-3 on the power play.
