BEVERLY, Mass. – Junior Elijah Lewis scored a career-high 21 points in Nichols College's 91-87 loss at Endicott College Friday night in men's basketball action at MacDonald Gymnasium.

Junior Jason O'Regan canned four 3-pointers and finished with 16 points while sophomore Junior Uga came off the bench and notched 12 points, four rebounds, and two assists for the Bison (2-3), who outrebounded the Gulls 39-37 behind seven each from Lewis and senior Matt Morrow.

Sophomore Ty Vitko led five Endicott student-athletes in double figures with 26 points – including five buckets form behind the arc – while classmate Jalen Echevarria recorded 16 points and senior Matt McDevitt tallied 12 points ad six rebounds.  

The Bison entered the contest having won nine of the last 11 meetings against the Gulls, who evened the all-time series with the win at 19. Nichols has, however, has defeated them three in the past four seasons in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship games (2017, 2018, 2020).
