DUDLEY, Mass. – Freshman Sophia Venable recorded six saves in Nichols College's 6-0 loss to Endicott College Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) field hockey action at Vendetti Field.

Junior Abigail Karalus was credited with four shots for the Bison (7-9, 0-5 CCC) while freshman Callie Worthington recorded a defensive save. Nichols – which played with only 10 field players – was outshot 26-6. The Gulls (9-5, 4-1 CCC) held a 6-2 edge in penalty corners.
