Three things you need to know…
-This evening's contest marked the 34th all-time meeting between Nichols College and Becker College. The Bison have won the last five meetings and are 11-1-1 in the last 13 against their rivals from Worcester. They now lead the series, 22-10-2.
-Nichols has now earned at least one point in 11 consecutive outings (9-0-2) – the most since ripping off an 11-game unbeaten streak during the 2014-15 campaign (10-0-1).
        -Nichols sophomore
Curtis Carlson was assessed a five-minute major and a game misconduct for contact to the head late in the first period. The Hawks scored twice with the man advantage and briefly held a 3-2 lead.

Quote
"I'm thrilled for our seniors. It was their night and they deserved this. Some games are pretty and some are greasy. This was a greasy one but we found a way." -Nichols head coach
