The Nichols College men's tennis team defeated Gordon College 9-0 in a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) match Saturday afternoon on the Robinson Tennis Courts in Dudley, Massachusetts.

Nichols seniors Blake Norton and duos partner Sebastian Penaloza picked up an 8-1 win at the No. 2 doubles as they both continue to pick up conference wins. Norton was then tested at the No. 1 singles against Gordon senior Nathan Lookwhy. Lookwhy took an easy win in the first set 6-1, before Norton battled back to grab a tie break 7-6 win in the second set and then the 12-10 win in set three to mark another 9-0 win for the Bison.
 
Three things you need to know…
-Five other Bison recorded wins in the match; Igor Markowski, Peter Coletti, Guilherme Barbosa, Jack Donaldson, and Brandon Howard.
-Nichols has now won all five of their CCC matches with a score of 9-0.
-Nichols has now won 11 straight against Gordon, with a 12-1 all-time mark.
