The Nichols College men's lacrosse team lost to Wentworth 16-10 in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action Saturday afternoon at Sweeney Field in Boston, Massachusetts.
Nichols (5-3, 1-1 CCC) received four goals from freshman
Hunter Ferreira on 10 shots, while he picked up six groundballs. Senior
Jack Campanale put up three points on a goal and two assists in the loss.
Wentworth (4-8, 1-2 CCC) received four goals from two student-athletes, Ben Coakley and Jacob Eldred. Sam Prunier put up six points for the Leopards on three goals and three assists, while Kyle Doner put up a game-high seven points on two goals and five assists.
