The Nichols College men's volleyball team was defeated by No. 11 Endicott College 3-0 Thursday night in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) action at the Nichols Athletic Center.
 
Freshman Lance Law led the Bison (6-7, 2-2 CCC) with nine kills while freshman Ray Wang recorded six kills. Freshman Luis Castro handed out 22 assists for the Bison, who lost game one 25-19, game two 25-17, and game three 25-19.
 
Donavan Dey led the Gulls (10-2, 3-0 NECC) with 12 kills while Bryn Lipton collected 11. Endicott recorded 22 blocks, led by Gabe Felicetti with five.

Three things you need to know...
            -Today's contest marked the inaugural meeting between Nichols College and Endicott College. The Gulls now led the series, 1-0.
            -Wang continues to lead the NECC in kills/set (3.58) while Law is sixth (3.0). Wang is also seventh in hitting pct. (.267).
            -Castro leads the conference in assists (344). Freshman Collin Hunter, meanwhile, is fourth in digs/set (2.20) while freshman Luis Chavez is fifth (1.98).
