Petr Miko scored goals for the Nichols College men's ice hockey team, which dropped a 4-2 decision to Salve Regina University Friday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Portsmouth Abbey Rink.

Curtis Carlson, collected assist for the Bison (10-9-2, 8-4-1 CCC), who went 1-for-6 with the man advantage.
Senior Kyle Moore picked up a goal and an assist for the Seahawks (13-6-2, 9-3-1 CCC) while freshman Matthew Dillon racked up three assists. Sophomore John McLean scored the game-winning goal at 11:05 of the second period.
Senior Blake Wojtala recorded 32 saves to improve to 12-6-2 on the season.

-Tonight's contest marked the 41st all-time meeting between Nichols College and Salve Regina University. The Bison lead the series 21-16-4, but the Seahawks are 5-1-2 in the last eight.
-Sophomore netminder
Henry Burns stopped 29 shots as his record moved to 4-3-2 on the season.
-Nichols held a 34-33 edge in shots – including 13-10 in the third period.
