Junior Hogan Davidson scored his fourth goal of the season in Nichols College's 4-1 loss at Manhattanville College Sunday afternoon in non-conference action at Playland Ice Casino.
 
Freshman netminder Brett Epp turned aside a career-high 39 shots for the Bison (8-7-1), who were accessed 10 penalties for a total of 55 minutes.
 
Senior Matt Lippa notched a goal and an assist for the Valiants (8-5-2) while classmate Bryan Platt dished out a pair of assists. Junior Kenny McLean's goal 2:42 into the second period proved to be the game-winner.

            -Today's contest marked the 11th all-time meeting between Nichols College and Manhattanville College. The Loss snaps a four-game unbeaten streak in the series for the Bison (2-0-2), who trail the series 2-5-2.
            -The Bison were outshot 43-23 on the afternoon – including 18-8 in the first period.
            -Sophomore Nate Foster picked up the primary assist on Davidson's tally – his first of the season.
