Alanna Judd was one of four Nichols College women's tennis student-athletes to secure a win in both singles and doubles in an 8-1 win over Roger Williams University Monday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at the Robinson Tennis Courts.

Judd teamed with junior
Amarie Settiwongse for an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles before scoring a 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 2 doubles over junior Taryn Roche. Settiwongse, meanwhile, notched a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles over sophomore Heidi Martin. Â

Megan Nathanson and sophomore
Juliana Herrera also picked up two points for NC (7-0, 3-0 CCC). Nathanson downed sophomore Morgan Crimmins at No 5 singles, 6-1, 6-2, while Herrera knocked off freshman Tanya Hianitsos at No. 6 singles, 6-4, 6-2.

               -Fresh off their Flight B Doubles Championship at last week's Grass Court Doubles Championship at the International Tennis Hall of Fame, Nathanson and classmate
Rachel McDonald picked up an 8-3 win at No. 2 doubles.
               -Settiwongse now has 46 career singles wins, pushing her into sole possession of sixth-place on the all-time list at Nichols. Â
               -The Hawks lone point came at No. 4 singles, where junior Jessica Magliato upended junior
Isabelle Leonardi in a tiebreaker, 6-4, 4-6, 6-10.
