The Nichols college men's tennis program picked up its first win of the season by defeating Saint Anslem 7-0 this past weekend in Manchester, N.H.

Nichols seniors Blake Norton, Aidan Stuart, and Sebastian Penaloza all played a big role in helping the Bison (1-0) defeat the Hawks (0-3). All three seniors won in their respected doubles and singles matches.

Bison juniors Brandon Howard, and Guilherme Barbosa, as well as freshman Enrico Menegon, all played and won in doubles and singles competition as well.
 
Three things you need to know…
-Menegon picked up his first collegiate singles win with a 6-0, 6-0 victory at the No.5 singles.
-Norton, Barbosa, and Penaloza all needed a third set in singles to pick up the win.
-This was the 12th all-time meeting between the two programs. The Bison have won the last three and improved to 9-3 all-time against the Hawks.
