The Nichols College women's tennis program defeated Franklin Pierce 6-1 Wednesday night in non-conference action in Rindge, N.H.
Nichols freshman
Kara Stankewitz and junior
Megan Nathanson both won their doubles and singles matches to help the Bison (5-0) defeat the Ravens (0-3).
Nichols juniors
Amarie Settingwongse and
Isabelle Leonardi continued their hot start to the season in doubles competition, improving to 9-0 together on the season.
Sophomore
Juliana Herrera was able to pick up the 6-0, 6-0 victory in singles over Franklin Pierce junior Kelley O'Donnell to improve her season mark in singles to 6-2.
