The Nichols College women's tennis team continued their home court dominance by defeating Worcester State (1-1) Tuesday afternoon in non-conference action at the Robinson Tennis Courts.
The Bison (3-0) continued to roll early on as juniors
Megan Nathanson and
Amarie Settiwongse both combined to sweep their opposition in doubles and singles competition.
Nichols had seven other student-athletes pick up wins in Tuesday's match, including juniors
Isabelle Leonardi,Â
Lindsey Kaplan,
Danielle Mandel, and
Rachel McDonald. Freshmen
Kara Stankewitz and
Victoria Lussier also collected wins.
Three things you need to know…
-With Lussier's win at the No. 6 singles today, it marks her first collegiate win.
-The Bison swept four matches 6-0, 6-0: No. 1 & No. 3 doubles, and No. 1 & No. 3 singles.
 -Today's match marked the 13th all-time meeting between the two programs. The Bison have won the last 10 matches to improve to 10-3 all-time.
