The Nichols College men's soccer program defeated Fitchburg State 3-2 Wednesday afternoon in non-conference action at Elliot Field in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
The Falcons (4-5-0) opened the scoring in the 23rd minute with a goal from senior Marckdonard Bastien. Exactly one minute later at 24:18, sophomore

In the 47th minute, the Falcons struck back to tie the game at two when freshman John Javaloyes was able to beat junior goaltender

Ryan Mangan answered back just 21 seconds later to give the Bison the 3-2 lead.

-With today's win, De La Cruz improves to 2-0-0 on the year.
-The Bison outshot the Falcons 20-4.
-Today's match marked the 25th all-time meeting between the two programs. The Bison have now won the last two and improve to 12-9-4 all-time.
