Nate Tardy (Moodus, Conn.) helped the Bison tie the game before a three Echevarria gave them an 86-83 lead at the 3:37 mark. A pair of layup by Duvivier gave the Fighting Scots the lead with under one minute remaining in regulation. Eggleston then knocked down a pair of free throws with 19 seconds remaining to give the Bison the lead for good at 89-88.
