The win marks the first win for the Eagles over the Bison since 1994. Nichols holds the all-time series record at 8-2-1.

Three Stars of the Game
1 – Junior Marcos Vieira Filho (Hudson, N.H.) (DW) – one goal (game-winning); two shots (2 SOG)
2 – Junior Alex Carvajal (Medellin, Colombia) (DW) – one goal; one assist
3 – Sophomore Paul Sickinger (Tyngsboro, Mass.) (Nichols) – one goal; two shots (2 SOG)

Keys Stat of the Game
Daniel Webster outshot Nichols 21-15 and held a 7-3 edge on corner kicks.

Quick Hits
- Carvajal picked up his first goal of the season at the 17:10 mark after taking a pass to the middle from Eusebio Marote (Lowell, Mass.) and launching a 35-yard shot into the upper left corner.
- Nichols responded immediately off the ensuing whistle as Sickinger took a long pass up the middle, beat two defenders and went low right tying things just 21 seconds later.
- In the 65th, the Eagles took possession after a corner, and a scrum in front put the ball on the foot of Carvajal, who tipped off to Filho and the junior Brazilian sent home a short shot for the eventual gamer.
- Junior Ian Hutchinson (Litchfield, N.H.) had a game-high four shots (2 SOG) while freshman William Aldrich (Belchertown, Mass.) paced the Bison with three shots (3 SOG).
- Senior Alex Geas (Somers, Conn.) matched his season-high with 12 saves that he had earlier in the month against Brandeis. The Bison lost that game by one goal as well.
- Freshman Cooper Hall (Heber City, Utah) stopped 11 shots and picked up his first-collegiate victory.
