Nichols has won five in a row against the Leopards to even the all-time series at 21-all. The win streak comes after having dropped the previous six contests against Wentworth.

Echevarria made 6-of-8 from the floor and 11-of-12 from the charity stripe as the Bison went on the defeat the Leopards 82-77. Senior Irving Eggleston (East Lyme, Conn.) chipped in with 16 points for Nichols while Romich and Ganley combined to score 45 points for Wentworth.

The Leopards erased a 20-point second-half deficit and took a one-point lead on a three by sophomore Cesar Fulcar (Watertown, Mass.) with under two minutes to go. Echevarria then put Nichols back in front for good with a pair of free throws with 45 seconds on the clock. Horton canned four-straight free in the final seconds to ice the win.
