Key Stat of the GameThe Bison led the game 1-0 before the Pilgrims answered back just 58 seconds later before rattling off two more goals before the end of the first period to lead the game 3-1.
Quick Hits- DiReda potted her team-high second goal of the season at 7:58 of the first period to give the Bison their first lead in a game this season. Senior captain
Julia Mastrototaro (Holden, Mass.) was credited with the helper on the play.
- Picone tied things up at 8:56 of the first period with assists from junior Tori Polehonka (Chino, Calif.) and freshman Katie Donohue (Yarmouthport, Mass.).
- Senior Lindsey Stewart (South Windsor, Conn.) scored the eventual game-winner at 14:25 of the first stanza off of an assist from Picone.
- Senior Rachel Vigliano (Monroe, N.J.) scored the third and final goal for the Pilgrims at 19:28 of the first period to close out all scoring in the game for either team. Sophomore Amanda McGoldrick (Natick, Mass.) was credited with the assist on the play. Vigliano ended the game with a game-high 10 shots.

Laura Christie (Hudson, Mass.) paced the Bison with eight shots while DiReda chipped in with six and freshman
MacKenzie Lyons (Scottsdale, Ariz.) had three.

Lindsay O'Connell (Danvers, Mass.) took the loss and falls to 0-5-0 on the season after making 39 saves. Powers earned her first-collegiate win after stopping 22 shots for the Pilgrims.                                                                          Â
